Past Life Regression sessions with Jenette can focus on exploring repetitive patterns in this lifetime that you would like to understand and release. You may also choose to explore a past life connected to someone you share a significant bond with or to gain insight into challenges you are experiencing in this lifetime. A past life regression may help you move through these patterns by offering a deeper understanding of their origins and relationships.

Please be prepared to set aside about two hours for this session, as it includes time to discuss the process, a relaxation phase, the regression itself, and time afterward to review your experience. These sessions are not currently recorded, but you will receive the notes taken during your session.
