What is Reiki With The Angels, and How Can It Help Me?

I recently was asked this question. Without wanting to go too deep into the subject, just to watch their eyes gloss over, I decided to give them a brief description, and share some of the benefits found in studies, and the benefits shared with me by some of my clients. 

Basically, Reiki is a type of energy healing, that is connected to our Divine Source. Some say it is channeling “universal energy”.  I call it energy from the Divine. Some may also say it’s the Holy Spirit. While Reiki directs healing energy where needed, it also requires active commitment from the recipient to complete the healing system, and for lasting results.  

“Reiki with the Angels” is simply combining the principles and symbols of Reiki with the assistance of healing from the angels. This can also include some of the techniques taught to Jenette by Doreen Virtue, who once worked extensively with the Angels and passed on her knowledge and experience to others. 

Ok, I know that explains a little about what is Reiki,  but she wanted to know why a person might seek out a Reki Master for a “Reiki with the Angels” Session. 

I told her that there have been studies that have shown that heart rate and diastolic blood pressure were reduced with Reiki. Research has also shown that Reiki can lower cortisol levels, the hormone responsible for stress. Finally, Reiki has also shown it can reduce one’s level of pain. Reiki is not to replace standard medical care, but is a complementary, and has a cumulative effect.

I personally have received feedback from clients that have stated that after a Reiki session they felt “relaxed and grounded”. Some have come to me for a reduction in pain, and to help them “relax their mind”. One individual, who was coming to me every two weeks, shared that the psoriasis on her scalp “went away”. She shared that even her hairstylist noticed! Now, I know this is not scientific evidence. It is her personal testimony, with no placebo-controlled study to back it up, so I cannot claim that the Reiki was the reason her psoriasis went away, but it sure was exciting to hear. 

During a “Reiki with the Angels” session, I sometimes will receive a message of spiritual guidance or a vision of something that may need to be addressed in their life.
